I have worked with Mada as a client when she delivered an interactive session about Power Plays in communication for me and my colleagues from Darwin Romania. The session was well structured and the content was customized for our needs at that moment. She is very good with putting in place effective and adapted people development programs, as well as being very supportive with the people she interacts with, always seeking to help and give solutions for the challenges we were facing, inside and outside the training room.
